Ashley holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, along with certifications in Exceptional Student Education and ESOL. Her background includes extensive experience applying the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) within school-based special education processes, as well as working with Section 504 plans, Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), eligibility determinations, accommodations, interventions, and gifted education planning.
Ashley brings 20 years of experience with Collier County Public Schools (CCPS) to her work supporting children, teens, college students, adults, and families. As a former classroom teacher and Exceptional Student Education (ESE) Specialist, she combines an understanding of how people learn with extensive experience navigating educational services and supports.
Her classroom teaching experience spans kindergarten through fifth grade, giving her firsthand insight into children’s academic, social, and developmental needs. Throughout her career, Ashley has also organized, managed, and led after-school programs and summer camps. These experiences have strengthened her ability to create structured, engaging environments, coordinate daily routines, and help children build skills, relationships, and independence.

She coordinated and participated in IEP and eligibility meetings, helped teams interpret student data, and supported the development and implementation of individualized services and accommodations. She also helped families understand educational procedures, participate in school meetings, and make informed decisions about available supports.
Ashley translates this experience into practical, personalized coaching. She partners with clients to develop routines and habits that support their goals and guides parents through educational processes, helping them understand options for interventions, services, and accommodations.
Ashley’s approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in each person’s strengths. Her goal is to make complex processes easier to understand and turn challenges into manageable next steps—helping clients and families build confidence and greater independence.
